L&D is a Personal Care Attendant organization. We are community-based and currently serve the New Orleans area.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide and develop an individualized comprehensive home care plan to meet the health care needs of each client.

To keep families together in unity and assist the family in maintaining the primary responsibility for their love one by providing supportive services; independent living skills; personal care and to supplement those services as needed by utilizing community resources, and other health care provider and recreational activity.
Our Vision
We imagine a community where all people receive the dignity and respect they deserve. We embody strong ethical values as a fundamental part of our identity.
We envision a culture in which love and understanding are the founding principles. Using encouragement, we empower people to recognize and resolve deficiencies preventing happy and healthy lives.
